Our T-Shirts are printed in full color using a high-tech direct to fabric print process, have an 11″ x 8.5″ print area, and are made of 100% cotton. Great for all promotional and networking events such as grand openings, trade shows, and career fairs! With low minimums, you can upload various custom images conveniently.
Men’s – & Womens t-shirts are 6oz. 100% Cotton Tubular Jersey. Classic fit, double-needle bottom hem and sleeves with shoulder-to-shoulder tape. Pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage.
Men’s – Premium shirts are 4.3oz. 100% Combed Ring-spun Cotton Jersey. Set-in rib collar with shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. Preshrunk to minimize shrinkage.
For all T-Shirts; the background color of your artwork must be transparent if you want the color of the garment to show. Saving a transparent PDF or TIF file is the best way to do this. You can also send in EPS files with no background.
For example, if you want a logo printed on a garment and your artwork contains the logo with a white background, or any background color, it will print as you see it on the file. The logo must be on a transparent background if you only want the logo to print.
T-Shirt art files do not need bleed. Please submit your files at exactly 11″x8.5″
Please do not send your artwork with crop marks or any other printer marks, registration marks, or color bars.
For woman’s t-shirts Since the womens and youth size shirts are a bit smaller, your artwork must set up vertically only:
Width = 8.5 Height = 11. Horizontal files are not accepted.
